Due to security concerns, you need to input an OTP code when processing registration,  first-time log-in device binding, card management functions, etc. An authentication code will be sent to your phone or e-mail, and your request will be completed only when the authentication code is validated after input.

Click the inactivated cards in the home page after log-on, and click the “Active Card” button then you will be linked to the card activation page.

Input your 16-digit card number, expiration date and personal information as instructed, and type in the OTP you received from the phone number you registered in HSBC.

HSBC Credit Card App：log on and click the credit card you intend to check>Manage Cards>View Transaction Record >Choose the month you intend to view.

HSBC Credit Card App：log on and click the credit card you intend to check＞Drag up the transaction details>Check the unbilled(as of the previous day) and billed transaction details.

HSBC Credit Card App：log on and click the credit card you intend to check＞Check the latest date of payment and the amount paid.

HSBC Credit Card App：log on and click the credit card you intend to check＞Check your credit limits, available credit limit, and the amount of unbilled transactions.

HSBC Credit Card App supports iOS version 14 and later ; Android OS version 8 and later(excluding Harmony OS Next). For security reason, please do not use the Apple iPhone device has been jailbroken or Android device has been rooted or with developer mode opening.

Based on transaction security considerations, the HSBC Credit Card App can only be bound to a maximum of 3 mobile devices. When the number of bound devices has reached the upper limit of 3, please be sure to unbind it on the original mobile device first, and then re-bind it on the new device.

If you have bound 3 mobile devices and further unbind one of the devices by yourself, the HSBC Credit Card App on the remaining 2 bound devices will be not affected.

If 3 mobile devices have been bound, please be sure to log in to the HSBC Credit Card App on the one of devices to unbind it before re-binding on the new device.
